Test mRNA seq of C57 Bl6xAJ F1

ABSTRACT: We have performed mRNA-seq for five samples from C57/Bl6 x AJ livers. This data is part of a pre-publication release. The F1 mouse offers the possibility of understanding the relative cis and trans contributions to gene expression.
