The Polydnaviridae is a family of double-stranded DNA viruses that are symbionts of parasitoid wasps. The family is currently divided into two genera, the Ichnovirus (IV) and Bracovirus (BV), which are associated with wasps in the families Ichneumonidae and Braconidae, respectively.
