For the purpose of analyzing mechanisms related to the cis-diamminedichloroplatinum resistance in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, we analyzed RPMI2650 and its derived previously established cis-diamminedichloroplatinum resistant cell line RPMI2650CR.
