Genes up and down regulated in LNCaP cells overexpressing MED1

ABSTRACT: To identify MED1 target genes involved in prostate tumorigenesis. LNCap cells were transiently transfected with a MED1 expression vector or and empty vector control for 24 hours. Total RNA was extracted and gene microarray carried out. Experiment was performed in duplicate. Four samples total.
