ABSTRACT: We report the effect of the pediocin-containing supernatant of L. plantarum WHE 92 on the temporal transcriptomic profile of L. monocytogenes EGD Examination of mRNA and sRNA profiles from L. monocytogenes EGD cells exposed to sublethal levels of the pediocin-containing supernatant of L. plantarum WHE 92 at 10, 60 and 180 min of exposure.
