Affymetrix SNP array data for Pit Bull Terrier

ABSTRACT: The data were used to define the homozygous regions in OCD-risk breeds, together with published Gentrain dataset. Affymetrix SNP arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions. Homozygosity analysis was performed.
