ABSTRACT: We investigated the molecular mechanisms by which ERRM-NM-1 negatively regulates TLR-signaling pathways. To examine this, we performed global gene expression analysis of ERRM-NM-1+/+ and ERRM-NM-1-/- BMDMs after LPS stimulation.
