Transcriptome analysis of male flowers corresponding to anther developmental stages in Cryptomeria japonica


ABSTRACT: Investigation of gene expression changes among anther development in wild type and male sterile mutant. Male strobili of wild-type were collected at 10 stages with three biological repeats (total 30 samples) and male strobili of mutant were collected at stages 3 to 6 with three biological repeats (total 12 samples).
