ABSTRACT: Nuclear abnormalities are commonly found in human IVF embryos and are associated with DNA damage, aneuploidy, and decreased developmental potential. Immunohistochemical, microscopic, and cytogenetic analysis of human IVF embryos at different developmental stages and morphologic grades.
