DNA methylation alternations in the offspring adipose from chromium restriction diet dams

ABSTRACT: Maternal chromium restriction may disturb susceptibility in offspring. Adipose from maternal chromium diet has 1214 CpG sites that exhibit differential DNA methylationregulated compared to control. We performed DNA methylation array analyses of offspring adipose from chromium restriction dams and control diet dams at 32 week (n=3 per group).

<h4>Aims</h4>To see how useful the application of a bile duct specific cytokeratin antibody (AE1) was in identifying and counting bile ducts in liver allograft biopsy specimens.<h4>Methods</h4>Eighteen liver biopsy specimens showing acute rejection and 17 biopsy specimens plus six hepatectomy specimens showing chronic rejection were studied.
