Transcription profiling of Medicago truncatula cell suspension treated with yeast elicitor or methyl jasminate for 2 or 24 hrs to compare early and late responses


ABSTRACT: Cell suspensions were treated with yeast elicitor (pathogen) or methyl jasmonate (wounding signal) and harvested at 2 and 24 hour time points in order to compare the transcriptomics between them in early and late response.
