Transcription profiling of normal, tumor and pure stromal tissue samples from patients with prostate adenocarcinoma, together with 4 cell lines


ABSTRACT: We have used normal, tumoral and pure stromal whole tissue samples, and cells lines in order to identify new markers of prostate cancer.
The normal, tumoral and stromal tissue were obtained from patients diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma.

<h4>Background</h4>Transcriptional profiling of prostate cancer (PC) has unveiled new markers of neoplasia and allowed insights into mechanisms underlying this disease.
