Transcription profiling by array of rice plants following cold treatment
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Wild-type rice plants (O. sativa L. cv. Nipponbare) were grown in plastic pots filled with nutrient soil for 2 weeks under flooded lowland conditions and a 12 h/12 h light/dark cycle (50 M-1 10 ?mol photons/m2/s) at 28M-0C (day) and 25M-0C (night). For cold treatment, two-week-old plants were transferred from 28M-0C to 10M-0C and incubated for 1 day.
