ABSTRACT: RNA samples were extracted from mouse embryonic fibroblast transduced with Oct4, Sox2 and Klf4 (OSK) or OSK plus Kdm2b at post-transduction day 4, 8 and 12.

Transcription-factor-directed reprogramming from somatic cells to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) is by nature an epigenetic process of cell fate change.
