ABSTRACT: Wild-type A. thaliana plants (Arabidopsis thaliana L. ecotype-Columbia) were grown in plastic pots filled with peat moss for 3 weeks (principal growth stage 1.07M-^V1.08) under a 16 h light/8 h dark regimen (40 M-1 10 umol photons/m2/s) at 22C. Cold treatment: The 3-week-old plants were transferred from 22C to 4C and were grown for 1 day.
