Project description:Cryptococcus neoformans lab strain H99 was grown in YPD broth supplemented with 16ug/ml brefeldin A for 72h at 30C. We used 3 biological repeats. Then the culture was washed and diluted with distilled water, then plated on YPD plate. From each culture, we randomly tested 120 colonies to see if they obtained tolerance to brefeldin A. In total, we got 30 tolerant adaptors. We sequenced the adaptors as well as the parent.

Randomly 120 colones from each culture were tested for tolerance to tunicamycin. Totally we got 7 tolerant adaptors. These adaptors were sequenced.
