RNA-Seq of infected Tomato roots by the vascular wilt fungus Fusarium oxysporum

ABSTRACT: The biological relevance of the experiment was to mainly understand the F. oxysporum genes that are involved in the colonization of tomato roots during early interaction timepoints of 1, 2, 3 and 7 days post infection as compared to the in vitro grown axenic sample.
