ATAC-seq of Heliconius melpomene brain and eye tissues

ABSTRACT: We compared the open chromatin and binding sites of UV1 and UV2 duplicates in Heliconius melpomene. We compared ATAC-seq from 1 male and 1 female using brain and photoreceptor cell tissues.
