ABSTRACT: We have isolated Circulating Tumor Cells from four Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients at diagnosis and relapse using a two-step method developed in the laboratory. Subsequently, Whole-Exome sequencing was performed on these samples as well as on the corresponding biopsies.
