ABSTRACT: Fission yeast cells were grown upon a series of nitrogen sources that modify the growth rate. Matched RNA-seq and proteomics datasets were acquired in order to understand the regulation of gene expression i) as a function of growth rate, ii) as a function of specific nitrogen sources.
