ABSTRACT: This dataset of microarray analysis was designed to examine the impact of high glucose-culture on transcriptomics/gene expression in primary human CD8+ T cells. Primary human CD8+ T cells were isolated from peripheral blood mononulcear cells of healthy donors and stimulated with anti-CD3/anti-CD28 antibody-coated beads for three days under either normal glucose (NG, 5.6 mM) or high glucose (HG, 25 mM) condition.
