ABSTRACT: Age-for-weight growth patterns over the first two years of life in children from the PROVIDE study were classified as normal (Control) or growth rate faltering (GRF). Whole blood RNA was isolated at 1 year of age to capture cumulative impact of growth phenotype on baseline systemic immune gene expression.
