Nutrient perturbations with serum and minimum fatty acid medium in malaria parasites
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This Plasmodium falciparum RNA-Seq experiment was performed under different growth conditions: serum and minimum fatty acid medium (mFA). Three cell lines with different sexual conversion rates (Pf2004 and Dd2, knockout in Pf2004 background of the non-coding RNA \\"Ben\\" located on the chromosome 9, in the intergenic region GDV1-GEXP22) were grown in serum and mFA to analyse differential gene expression patterns. We captured different time points.
INSTRUMENT(S): NextSeq 500
