The spectrum of IDH- and H3-wildtype high-grade glioma subgroups occurring across teenage and young adult patient populations

ABSTRACT: Methylation array profiling of high grade gliomas occurring in teenagers and young adults between the ages of 13 and 30. This study combines methylation array profiling, whole exome sequencing and fusion panels sequencing to provide and integrated diagnosis of tumours in this age group.
