RNA-seq of C. elegans young adult hermaphrodites to detect differentially expressed genes in the abscence of let-418 activity
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: let-418 encodes an ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler that is an ortholog of Mi2, the core component of the nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase complex (NuRD), a multisubunit transcriptional repressor complex known to play a major role in mammalian cell fate determination. RNA for three different biological replicates was isolated from at least 1000 animals of each genotype: wild type and let-418(s1617); and then sequence to detect differentially expressed genes in both lsl-1 mutant genotypes compared to wild type animals.
