<h4>Objective</h4>The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of rosiglitazone (Avandia(®)) on gene expression in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes.<h4>Materials & methods</h4>Myocytes were exposed to rosiglitazone ex vivo.
