ABSTRACT: We performed exon-based transcrition profiling with Affymetrix Human 1.0 ST Exon Array from pairwise tissue samples of 8 DLBCL/FL3B patients. Paired biopsies were taken at diagnosis and 1-2 days after the first cycle of chemoimmunotherapy (R-CHOP).
