Chronic cystitis microarray comparing C3H/HeN and C57BL/6 bladder gene expression

ABSTRACT: Mice were infected with the cystitis isolate UTI89 transurethrally and sacrificed 28 days post infection. Total bladder RNA was harvested from mock, resolved or chronic bladder and analyzed using the mouse gene 1.0 st chips.
