Transcription profiling by array of the influence of RAS mutants on the TGFB1-induced phenotype of PANC-1 cells

ABSTRACT: In brief, PANC-1 cells stably transfected with a dominant negative HRAS(S17N) mutant, a constitutively active KRAS2(G12V) mutant, or mock transfected with an EGFP expression construct were treated with TGFB1 or left untreated, respectively. Three independent experiments each were analyzed in duplicate.
