DKFZ_pancreatic cancer _methylation

ABSTRACT: Genome wide DNA methylation profiles of human pancreatic tissue. The Illumina Infinium 450k Human DNA methylation Beadchip v1.2 was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 485,000 CpGs. Dataset includes in total 24 pancreatic tissue samples,12 samples of patients with ductal adenocarcinoma and 12 samples of healthy person. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 24 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium 450k Human Methylation Beadchip.
