ABSTRACT: Hypoxia is a known driver of genomic instability in solid tumours. Here we perform in-vivo profiling of early genomic changes induced by hypoxia in colorectal cancer cell (HCT116) xenografts using Bevacizumab; an anti-angiogenic drug inducing hypoxia.
