RNA-seq of Lewis lung carcinoma tumors in mice with or without exercise


ABSTRACT: Exercise has been correlated with retardation of tumor initiation and progression. However, it is unclear what are the molecular mechanisms behind this beneficial effect of exercise. In this study, we obtained RNA-seq data from biopsies of Lewis lung carcinoma tumors in a total of 16 mice, 8 with access to running wheel and 8 without (controls).
