Gene expression profile analysis of MEC cells transfected with p66Shc coding sequence (MEC-p66)

ABSTRACT: We compared the effect of the re-expression of p66Shc gene in a human line of chronic B cell leukemia cells in which normally the expression of this protein is negatively affected and correlates with the severity of the disease.
