RNA-seq of Heliconius melpomene adult male and female heads (eye+brain), antennae, mouthparts (labial palps+proboscis) and legs

ABSTRACT: The experiment examines expression of mRNAs in adult tissue for the purpose of identifying differentially expressed genes in each tissue. The goal of the experiment is to identify vision-related genes and their relative expression levels as quantified by FPKMs.
