A genome-wide analysis of the distribution of H2A.XY39ph in human breast cancer cell line SUM159


ABSTRACT: To test this hypothesis and explore the mechanism by which the JMJD6-H2A.XY39ph axis induces transcriptional regulation of ATG genes, a genome-wide analysis of the distribution of H2A.XY39ph in SUM159 that overexpressed JMJD6 was then carried out via chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-Seq).
