Expression profiling following SMARCB1 re-expression in MRT cell lines time course over 14 days

ABSTRACT: MRT cell lines KD, SWOH, LM, DEV and G401 were expression profiled following SMARCB1 re-expression using a lentivirus. Samples were taken at Day 0,1,3,7 and 14 and compared to empty vector control experiments.
