Transcription profiling by array to identify Sex-Specific Transcriptome Responses to Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs)

ABSTRACT: Blood samples were collected from adult volunteers at a time in the past when they were apparently healthy. Omics-based assays including gene expression were performed on blood samples from subjects who have since developed lymphoma or breast cancer, together with equal numbers of samples from matched controls who did not subsequently develop cancer.
