RNAseq of skin vaccination array
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The study aims to determine the molecular signature associated with varying applications of a novel skin vaccination array, compared to traditional needle and syringe immunization. The hypothesis is that the vaccination array induces a better immune response compared to the needle and syringe and this is due to a heightened inflammatory profile at the site of vaccination. We performed the study on wild-type mice that received varying forms of immunization, including intradermal needle and syringe with or without vaccine, Nanopatch with or without vaccine, Nanopatch with vaccine with QS-21 adjuvant, and Nanopatch with vaccine at higher application energy.
