RNA-Seq of mouse Irx3-KO and Control ME3 cells on days 1 and 7 of adipogenic differentiation


ABSTRACT: Irx3 was stably knocked out using a Crispr-Cas9 system. Cells were then input into a differentiation procedure, alongside controls, and RNA was collected for all samples.
