ABSTRACT: Galectin-3 (Gal-3) has emerged as a novel RNA-binding protein. Here we applied eCLIP to identify the RNAs bound by Gal-3 in mouse embryonic stem cells differentiated by deprivation of the leukaemia inhibitory factor (LIF) for 7 days.
