Small RNA sequencing of mitochondria and whole fraction of human umbilical vein endothelial cells treated with hydrogen peroxide
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Numerous miRNAs have been found in mitochondria and these mitochondrial miRNAs have been shown important roles in many physiological and pathophysiological processes. However, the dynamic changes of miRNA distribution in mitochondria in the endothelial oxidative injury are still unclear. Therefore, miRNAs levels in whole cells and mitochondria of hydrogen peroxide treated endothelial cells for 12h and 18h were analyzed by small RNA sequencing.
