Synaptic vesicle (SV) clusters, which reportedly result from synapsin's capacity to undergo liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), constitute the structural basis for neurotransmission. Although these clusters contain various endocytic accessory proteins, how endocytic proteins accumulate in SV clusters remains unknown.
