<i>Ex vivo</i>-loaded white blood cells (WBC) can transfer cargo to pathological foci in the central nervous system (CNS). Here we tested affinity ligand driven <i>in vivo</i> loading of WBC in order to bypass the need for <i>ex vivo</i> WBC manipulation.
