PANoptosis pathway gene sets encompassing pyroptosis, apoptosis, and necroptosis were identified from the MSigDB database. We analyzed the perturbations and crosstalk in the PANoptosis pathway in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), including gene mutation, transcription, methylation, and clinical features.
