Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) represent a novel and evolving class of antineoplastic agents, constituted by monoclonal antibody linked to biologically active drugs, delivering cytotoxic compounds at the tumor site, reducing the likelihood of systemic exposure and toxicity.
