Mammalian cell surface and secreted glycoproteins exhibit remarkable glycan structural diversity that contributes to numerous physiological and pathogenic interactions. Terminal glycan structures include Lewis antigens synthesized by a collection of α1,3/4-fucosyltransferases (CAZy GT10 family).
