Q fever is a worldwide zoonotic disease which domestic ruminants are the main source of infection for humans. This scoping review summarizes the control measures currently available to reduce <i>Coxiella burnetii</i> (<i>Cb</i>) infection in naturally infected sheep, goat and cattle herds.
