<i>Bordetella bronchiseptica</i> is a highly contagious respiratory bacterial veterinary pathogen. In this study the contribution of the transcriptional regulators BvgR, RisA, RisS, and the phosphorylation of RisA to global gene regulation, intracellular cyclic-di-GMP levels, motility, and biofilm formation were evaluated.
