<h4>Introduction</h4>Tick-borne pathogens, such as <i>Borreliella</i> spp., <i>Rickettsia</i> spp., and <i>Anaplasma</i> spp., are frequently detected in Germany. They circulate between animals and tick vectors and can cause mild to severe diseases in humans.
