<h4>Purpose</h4>Significant association has recently been reported between pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (XFG) and two single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), rs3825942, and rs1048661, in the lysyl oxidase-like 1 gene (LOXL1).
